When I’m home, a lot of time goes into cooking. I don’t follow recipes — I cook according to my mood, experimenting with spices and trying combinations that at first seem strange and then turn out perfect. For me, the kitchen is a way to slow down and at the same time create something warm that I can share with friends. Sometimes a whole evening disappears just trying to find the ideal balance of sour and sweet in one dish.

Another passion of mine is photography, but not the staged kind. I love catching moments that usually pass by unnoticed: reflections in puddles after rain, someone else’s hands holding a cup of coffee, the light falling on the walls of old buildings. The camera helps me freeze time and then return to those frames when I want to remember what that day was like.
